1 to 1 - Coaching
In individual coaching, you will be able to set your personal goals. You will receive personalised support and comprehensive attention in your learning process. At every moment, you will feel certain about what you already know and what remains to be done. You will choose the activities that best suit your way of learning.
DUO - Coaching
In the couple-format, more dynamic simulations can be created during the sessions. Both participants will receive personalised follow-up and comprehensive attention to the learning process established for both. In relation to both learning styles, the best alignment for the DUO will be sought. This format can be especially beneficial for managers or counterparts who need to interact in the same area and have a very similar level of German.
Group - Coaching
Group sessions of 3 to a maximum of 6 people are designed for small teams. Key objectives will be set regarding communication between departments or with external Stakeholders that a specific group has. All attendees will receive guidance to the established learning process and will feel assured about what they will achieve along the way.

The German Coaching is a process based on mutual trust, where we assess the specific needs of each client.
Whether in collaboration with a company or working directly with individuals, we design content and materials aligned with the Coachee, ensuring efficient and sustainable learning to achieve the set objectives.
The success of the learning process lies in communication. At the beginning of our collaboration and at the end of each session package, we assess knowledge and progress.
In this way, each learning plan is designed according to the needs and desires of the client/company and employee. Our role is to guide you and provide you with the tools you need to communicate effectively in truly relevant areas.
For companies: We help identify the key language skills that your employees need to perform their work successfully. We set specific objectives according to the professional environment, ensuring greater understanding and interaction in German.
For individuals: Both in the workplace and in personal life, motivation is the key to sustainable learning. We analyse your current difficulties and design strategies to overcome them. We will help you set realistic and meaningful goals for your situation.
The objectives must be relevant, achievable within a set timeframe, adapted to real situations in which German is used, and measurable to ensure effective tracking of progress.
Learning a language involves modifying neural structures, a process that requires time and strategy. In this sense, joint design and goal setting culminate in sustainable learning. Only in this way can we create greater commitment from the Coachee and ensure their progress.
After each cycle of sessions (of 8, 10, or 12 meetings, depending on the objectives and weekly frequency), we evaluate the practical application of the learning. Our goal for the Coachee is to gain confidence and acquire sufficient tools to manage obstacles independently. Once this is achieved, our work has been successful.
Furthermore, we aim for learning to be an enriching and lasting experience, helping you to maintain motivation even after completing the Coaching.

What we do not offer
Standard Course in "Business German"
We do not offer a generic programme on email writing, presentations, or meetings. These topics can be included in the Coaching, but always tailored to the sector and specific needs of the Coachee. We design personalised materials instead of standard courses applicable to any company.
Preparation for official exams
If you need to reinforce specific areas for an official exam, we can work on that in our sessions. However, we do not offer structured courses with specific hours and books. If you are looking for a standard preparation for an exam, Coaching is not the right method. We can provide free materials or recommend specialists if you need them.
Flexible courses 24/7
To ensure the quality of learning and the effective planning of sessions, we establish schedules in advance. Learning requires structure and commitment, both from the Coach and the Coachee. We offer flexibility within an organised framework, but no last-minute bookings or cancellations. At EW Lingua, we always seek solutions if unforeseen circumstances arise, within a structured and professional approach.
